This is super festive (I know I keep saying that but I am in the Holiday spirit) and great if you have some friends over and want to have a little snack or something with drinks....

Preheat the oven at 350F and line up a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Open the biscuit dough can and separate them. One they are all on the counter separate them in 2 again so they are less thick. Take 1-2 mozzarella and wrap them in the dough making sure it is sealed and shaped like a ball.
Arrange them on the baking sheet to form a Christmas tree (or whatever you want). Break the egg and beat it with a fork and brush the biscuits with it. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning all over. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown. I had some left over tomato sauce and used it as a dipping sauce which was delicious and made like mini pizza bites!
