I am all about healthy as possible but my kids love special breakfast once in a while. I have made own cinnamon rolls before but this would have taken a very long time to do so. I just thought it was a good option with all the flavors they like…


  • 2 packs of cinnamon rolls, store bought
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla extort
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tbsp of maple syrup


Preheat oven to 325F.

Open the cinnamon rolls packet and cut each into 4. Spray a baking dish and place the rolls in it.

Mix the eggs, milk cinnamon an vanilla together and pour all over. Spread the pecans and drizzle maple syrup.

Cover and bake for 25 minutes ( so the pecans do not burn), move foil and bake for another 15 minutes or so….
