Citrus upside down cake

This the perfect spring cake and is super easy to make! You can make it gluten free by using either only almond flour or subbing the regular flour for GF....
In a buttered lined up cake pan, drizzle the melted maple butter and arrange the citrus slices all around.
Combine all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
In a another large bowl using a hand mixer combine the eggs, yogurt, oil, almond and vanilla extracts, maple syrup and orange zest. When it gets smooth slowly add in the dry ingredients without over mixing it.
Pour in the pan on top of the fruits and bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let it cool for a little while before removing from the pan. Enjoy with greek yogurt, whipped cream or even ice cream.
