I have a couple of pesto options on the blog, but I realized that I did not have the traditional version with basil and pine nuts. So here you go! Make sure to prepare extra and freeze it for another day!
Combine the basil leaves, pine nuts and garlic in a food processor and turn on until you get a paste kind of texture.
Add the olive oil and cheese in two times. You may add more oil if you want a more liquid pesto, I think it is perfect like this, not too garlicky and super fragrant!!
