Cranberry apple bread pudding

This is the ultimate Christmas breakfast! All the flavors are just what I crave on a cold holiday morning! The beauty of this dish is that you can make it the night before and bake it the morning of!
Preheat the oven at 375F.
Cut the bread into cubes.
In a large bowl whisk together the eggs, milk and vanilla. Incorporate the bread and fruits and toss everything until nicely coated.
Transfer to a greased baking dish. If making the night before, cover and store in the fridge overnight.
Make the crumble by mixing all the ingredients together and sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown. Check halfway and if you see that the crumble gets too dark, you can ever with foil and finish baking that way.
Enjoy with maple syrup of eggnog goes really deliciously here as well!
