Cream cheese raspberry tart with a granola crust

Makes 1 tart

This no bake cream cheese raspberry tart is a no brainer. It requires juts a few simple steps, some time in the freezer to set and is ready to be devoured in very little time!!! Feel free to mix up the berries or even use fresh peaches in season or I think fresh figs would be quite tasty as well!


  • 2 cups of your favorite granola
  • 1/4 cup of coconut oil, melted
  • 1 pack of cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup of greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp of maple syrup
  • 1-2 cups of raspberries
  • 1/2 cup of blackberries
  • Fresh mint and icing sugar to finish


Combine the granola and coconut oil in food processor and plus  few times until combined. Transfer to aline tart shell and press down to create a smooth and solid crust. Plate in the freezer while making the rest.

In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, greek yogurt, vanilla and maple syrup and mix well until nice and smooth. Spoon on top of the crust using a spatula and form an even layer.

Finish that tart with the raspberries and blackberries. Keep refrigerated until ready to eat and sprinkle with icing sure and a few mint leaves.
