Creamy pea gnocchi

These have lots of greens hiding in the sauce and are super tasty. You can make this sauce for pasta or pie as well, I used cauliflower gnocchi but feel free to use something different if you want....
Bring a pot of water to boil and add 1/2 tsp of salt. Drop in the peas, spinach and the scallions and cook for 30 seconds an drain. (Keep 1/2 to 1 cup of cooking water.)
Add 1 1/2 cup of the peas, the spinach, the garlic and scallions to a blender along with the salt, lemon zest and juice and half of the reserved cooking water. Blend on high until it's completely smooth, adding a tiny bit more water if needed to help it blend.
Cook the gnocchi according to package instruction. Transfer to a bowl with the green sauce and add remaining peas to it.
Serve and sprinkle some fresh basil and parmesan on top.
