These are so yummy and are great as a snack, side dish or appetizer! I use my air fryer to make them and serve them with my version of a nice Greek inspired dip!


  • 2 bags of frozen artichokes hearts ( thawed and pat dried)
  • 1-2 tbsp of olive oil
  • Flaky salt
  • Greek sauce: ½ cucumber, with skin and seeds removed - 1/2 avocado - 3/4 cup Greek Plain Yogurt - 2 cloves garlic minced - 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar - 1 tbsp fresh dill minced - salt and pepper


Place the artichoke in the air fryer at 375F for 5-7 minutes until they are really dried out. Toss with the olive oil and place back in air fryer for another 12-15 minutes at 400F.

Meanwhile place the ingredients for sauce in a blender and process until smooth.

Toss the artichokes with flaky salt when ready and enjoy with the dip.
