Crispy balsamic Brussels sprouts

These are to die for! They are super crispy thanks to my air fryer. They would be equally delicious oven baked but I haven't been able to have the exact same crispness as when I use the air fryer but they still taste super good


  • 1 lb of Brussels sprouts, ends trimmed and cut in 2
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil


Toss the Brussels sprouts with the olive oil and cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes on 400F, shaking the basket once or twice midway.

When they are cooked and super crispy, mix in with balsamic and soy sauce and eat right away.
