These make a great snack or addition to soups and salads. Super healthy and delicious!


  • 1 can of 15oz of chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp of avocado oil
  • 1/4 tsp of sea salt


Preheat the oven at 400F.

Drain and pat dry the chickpeas. They should be completely dry otherwise they won't crips properly.

Toss with the oil and salt and transfer to a baking tray in the oven for 20-25 minutes, shaking the tray once or twice  midway to make sure they crisp evenly all around.
