This is our new fave around here. I add it on everything, soba noodles, veggies, rice, cauliflower rice, soups,.... It is a really yummy and easy alternative when we need a break from animal protein.

Directions
Cut the tofu in small cubes. Combine the marinade ingredients and cover to tofu with them. The longer the more flavor you'll have.
Heat up a pan on high and add avocado oil, cook the tofu for 2-3 minutes on each side without moving them around too much so that have time to crisp really well. Reserve the marinade sauce fro you veggies or rice or noodles, or whoever side you serve this with.
When cook transfer to a plate and enjoy!!!
