Slow cooked meals are always full of flavors, delicious and such an easy way to make dinner. I find that in the winter I always come up with so many more ways to use my slow cooker.... It stays on the kitchen counter almost all the time! I love the spices in this recipe, it creates a warm and refined mediterranean meal that ( I hope) will be a winner amongst everyone!


  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • 1 tsp of cumin
  • 1 tsp of coriander
  • 1/2 tsp of turmeric
  • 2 shallots, roughly chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 cups of chicken stock
  • Salt and pepper


Combine all the ingredients except the stock and mix well together until chicken is fully covered will all the spices. Put everything in the crockpot and cover with the chicken stock. Cook on high for 4 hours. Serve with quinoa, mash potatoes, rice or couscous.....
