Dairy free bircher muesli

I love an easy breakfast on week-ends.... Since this dish needs to be made ahead of time, it gives me time to make pancake or waffles or else for everyone else.
Mix the apple, oats, male syrup, chia seeds, yogurt, almond milk and the pepitas as well. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
In the morning add a bit more milk if necessary and taste test for sweetness, sometimes I feel like a bit more maple syrup so I add more. Transfer to a bowl and add any of the toppings you want.
