This is the most perfect dessert of all time, all you need to do is cut the fruits, toss them with a few ingredients and bake. Sprinkle with granola and coconut whipped cream and done. The beauty is that you can switch fruits around according to seasons... I had leftover the other day and tossed the fruits with greek yogurt for breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 2 pears
  • 2 persimmons
  • 1 orange, zested an juiced
  • 1-2 tbsp of maple syrup
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of arrowroot powder
  • 1-2 cup of your favorite granola
  • Whipped cream ( it can be coconut or regular) or greek yogurt to serve

Directions

Preheat the oven at 375F

Chopped all the fruits and toss with the orange zest, cinnamon and maple syrup. Mix  together the orange juice and arrowroot powder and combine with the fruit mix. Transfer to a greased baking dish and bake for 25-35 minutes (tossing halfway through).

Sprinkle the granola all over and spoon some whipped cream before serving. It keeps for a few days in the fridge and like I said it makes a fantastic breakfast on top of pancakes, waffles or greek yogurt!
