Makes 12-15 cookies

I love this oat cookies, it takes 5 minutes to make the batter and requires just a few ingredients. They are super tasty and healthy... I mean, it sounds perfect, right?!


  • 1 cup of ground oat
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp of coconut sugar ( or regular one)
  • 2 tbsp of maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder
  • 2 tbsp of plant based milk
  • 3 tbsp of coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips


Preheat the oven at 350F and line a baking sheet.

Combine the flour, salt, baking powder, maple syrup, sugar, 2 tbsp of the coconut oil and the milk. Mix until you get a nice smooth dough.

You can  place the dough in the fridge for 10-15 minutes so it will be easier to shape afterwards. Otherwise roll it right away and cut into squares.

Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Meanwhile melt the chocolate chips with remaining tbsp of coconut oil.

When cookies are done leave them to cool down a bit then drizzle the chocolate on top. Place them in the fridge so the chocolate can harden faster and enjoy!!!
