I grew up with my mom and my grandma making jams in the summer and it would always smell amazing. My version is a bit simplified and I only make small portions but they are so good. I spread it on toasts, add it to my yogurt, in smoothie, with ice cream,.....

Directions
Wash the peaches and roughly chop them, removing the pits. (I keep the skin on because I like the color and the flavor)
Transfer to a medium pot with the juice and zest from the orange, the sugar and cinnamon.
Toss so everything is coated and bring to a boil. Bring down to a simmer until the fruits are soft and cooked.
When done and the fruits have cooled down a bit, using an immersions beer purée them. I like my jam with texture so I do it for a few seconds only.
Transfer to jars and keep in the fridge for a few weeks!
