Endives and crab salad

This salad is inspired from a place where I love having lunch usually in LA called Farm Shop. It is super fresh, crunchy and the crab and endives pair really nicely together.


  • 4 endives
  • 1-2 cup of mixed baby greens
  • 1 16oz jar of crab meat (drained)
  • 1 small apple
  • 1/3 cup of sliced toasted almonds
  • Vinaigrette: juice and zest from 1 lemon, 1 tbsp of dijon, 1 tbsp of maple syrup and 2-3 tbsp of olive oil , salt and pepper


Rinse and chop the edible and transfer to a bowl with the mixed greens. Cut the apple into small cubes and add to the salad alongside with the crab and toasted almonds.

Combine all the vinaigrette ingredients and drizzle on top of the salad. Add some salt and pepper and enjoy!
