Makes 1 bowl

I always love a little snack while I prepare dinner. This smooth dip with crudités or crackers is really delicious and keeps me away from processed foodl!!


  • 1 can of chickpeas ( keep the liquid)
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 cup of cilantro
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 lime
  • 1/2 tp of garlic granules
  • 1 pinch of chili powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • Everything but the bagel seasoning


Transfer the chickpeas, 1/2 of the liquid, both the lemon and lime juice,  cilantro, garlic, salt pepper and chili powder to a blender and process until super smooth. You might need to add some more of the liquid to get a super smooth and creamy consistency. Taste and adapt seasoning.

Transfer to a serving bowl and generously sprinkle with everything but the bagel seasoning. Enjoy with some crudités and/or crackers!!
