I am not sure why I am so much into chickpea this week but it seems to be the theme of our menus! I served these burgers on a bed of sliced cucumbers with a greek yogurt cilantro dipping sauce!
Preheat the oven at 400F.
Drain the chickpeas and pat dry them. Combine all the ingredients in the food processor and pulse until thick paste kind of texture.
Form 8 to 10 burgers, spray a baking sheet with oil and place them on it. Spray some oil on top of the burgers as well to allow them to get golden brown. Bake for 20-25 minutes flipping halfway through.
To make the sauce, combine al the ingredients in the food processor and pulse until nicely combined.
Serve the burger with a dollop of sauce on top, a nice green salad, some carrots and cucumbers!
