This is a great dish for a summer lunch or as an appetizer when you have guests over. It literally takes less than 5 minutes and taste delicious.


  • 8 figs, washed and cut in 2 (I eat them with the skin on)
  • 1.3 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
  • A bunch of fresh mint leaves
  • A drizzle of olive oil
  • A drizzle of balsamic


Place the figs on a plate, sprinkle the feta on the figs. Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic and add some fresh mint leaves on top of each fig.
