Fresh Herbs Labne Toast

  • 4 slices of multi grain bread, toasted
  • 1 cup of Labne (if you can't find it, greek yogurt will do as well)
  • 1 tbsp of finely chopped chives
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped Italian parsley
  • 1 tbsp chopped basil
  • 2 tbsp toasted pinenuts
  • Micro greens
  • 1 mini Persian cucumber, sliced


Mix the Labne with chives and parsley, olive oil, salt an pepper.

Spread on the toasts, add slices of cucumber, micro greens, pinenuts and chopped basil.

Et Voila, Bon App├ętit!
