Fried eggs with vegetables

This is another life savior whenever things get crazy around here and literally have no time to do the groceries or prepare dinner.
Sauté the onion and garlic with 2-3 tbsp of olive oil for 5 minutes.
Add the veggies with salt and pepper to taste.
Put it on plates and use the same pan to fry the eggs (it will give it a nice flavor).
Top the veggies with an egg et voila. Delicious!
