Fried Zucchini Blossoms

These have always been something I love but for some reason I thought it was so hard to prepare and was afraid of making them. I finally decided to give it a try and it sounds more scary than it is. Look up my Instagram for a video showing how to do it!
Heat up the avocado oil in a dip dish pan.
Mix the flour, salt, egg and water. It has to be smooth but not too runny, thick enough that it will coat the entire blossom.
Dip a zucchini blossom in the mix and cook for a few minutes on each side. Do not overcrowd the pan, do 2 or 3 at the time. Place on a paper towel to remove oil excess. Sprinkle some malden salt and enjoy!!!
