These make a great brunch, school lunch or even snack! Serve them on their own or with any toppings such as smoked salmon, turkey, cheese, avocado, fried egg,...


  • 1 cup of flour (I used whole wheat)
  • 1 1/2 cup of milk (I used almond milk)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp of melted flour
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 2 cups of raw spinach


Prepare the crepes batter by blending the flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, spinach and salt together.

Cook the crepes by pouring 1/4 cup of the batter in a 9 inch pan. Let it cook on one side for a few minutes and flip over for a few more minutes. Repeat with the rest of the batter.

Serve these with loads of you,,y toppings, do a crepes bar, everyone will enjoy a DIY session!
