Grilled rosemary thyme chicken

When summer is here, I am al about grilling! It has so much flavor and I love this I don't have to clean up afterwards!! I am adding tons of fresh herbs here and it is super delicious!

Finely chop the rosemary and thyme and toss together with the chicken and spices. Add the olive oil with the zest from the lemon. Leave at room temperature for 20 minutes while you heat up the grill.
Grill on both side fro 5-7 minutes ( depending on the thickness) or until a cooking thermometer shows 165F.
When ready squeeze the lemon juice and sprinkle the parsley on top. Slice and serve!
