Ground beef and veggies tagine

This is a delicious and comforting dish, really easy to assemble. It freezes nicely and pairs perfectly well with rice!
In a large, deep skillet, heat the olive oil. Add the cumin, cinnamon and chili flakes and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add the onion and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the ground beef, breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon until no longer pink, about 8 minutes. Add the Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, stock, sweet potato and carrots and season with salt and pepper. Cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
Add the peas and spinach for the last 5 minutes.
Serve with rice.
