Halibut with sauté corn and zucchini

This is a 1 skillet meal, which is my favorite kind!! If you cook for a crowd, you might wanna cook the veggies first and put them aside and uses the same skillet to use the fish after.
Sauté the onion and garlic with 2 tbsp of olive oil for 2-3 minutes. Add the zucchinis and corn and stir for another 2-3 minutes.
Drizzle the rest of olive oil over the fish and season with salt and pepper.
Pushing the veggies aside make little holes to cook the fish in the middle. Sear the fish for 3-4 minutes on each side until crispy and golden.
Plate and sprinkle the basil leaves all over, add maybe more slat and pepper to taste. Maybe even drizzle some fresh lemon juice all over!
