This is probably one of the easiest recipe I have posted in a long time (and that says something since I only post easy ones). Simply make the glaze, brush it on salmon and roast it for 18-20 minutes and done!
I was after this amazing piece of sustainable salmon from Blue house salmon and really LOVED it!!


  • 1 whole salmon filet
  • 2 tsp of honey
  • 2 tsp of grainy mustard
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp of fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper


Preheat the oven at 375F.

Place the salmon on a lined bairn sheet and sprinkle some salt and pepper.

In a small bowl wish together the mustard, honey, crushed garlic and chopped rosemary as well as the lemon juice. Brush it on top of the salmon ( using all of it).

Roast in the oven for 18-20 minutes. I like my salmon medium so I will leave it in for 18 minutes and the rest it on the counter covered with foil for 5-10 minutes. If you want more cooked, then aim for 20-22 minutes and rest.

The beauty of this is that you can eat it hot or at room temperature! Tune in later this week to see what I do with the leftover salmon....
