Italian grilled cheese

My kids are always game for a good grilled cheese... In Belgium and France we call them Croque Monsieur and add some ham or other kind of cut meat. So I thought why not mix things up a bit and give it an Italian twist. It turned out really good hence why it is coming up on the blog!
Combine together the basil, mayo and Italian herbs. Spread on the bread and layer with the prosciutto and cheese and the other slice of bread. repeat wit the second one.
Brush the olive oil on the outside part of the grilled cheese.
Cook in a pan on medium for a couple of minutes on each side until the bread is crispy and golden brown and the cheese melted.
