My kids love Tacos Tuesday which I always make into a dinner bowl for me.... Here the shrimps are marinated in a Korean inspired sauce and it is so yummy!!! I know other red bean paste can be tricky to find but it really adds a nice touch to it.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of frozen shrimps, deveined and peeled (thawed)
  • 2 tbsp of red bean paste
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tsp of sesame oil
  • caulirice
  • avocado
  • asian slaw ( recipe linked below)
  • 1/3 cup of fresh cilantro
  • Sesame seeds
  • Tortillas
  • 2-3 tbsp of olive oil
  • Cooked veggies: corn, shishito peppers,.....

Directions

Mix the thawed shrimps with the red bean paste, soy sauce and sesame oil and leave it fro a couple of minutes.

Make the asian slaw. Cut the avocado, sauté the cauli-rice with some fresh ginger and garlic and  1 tbsp of olive oil.

I like servi gall this family stye, so I transfer all the ingredients and preparation into bowls and make it took nice.

Cook the shrimps  for a couple of minutes on each side (they cook fast) with the remaining 2 tbsp of olive oil.

Assemble your taco or your bowl and add some sesame seeds and fish cilantro on top.
