This is one of my go to for Sunday dinner or even when I have lunch on my own at home and crave something yummy. Basically is like the kitchen sink kind of dish but arrange in a pretty way.


  • Base: quinoa, rice, pasta, caulirice,...
  • Veggies: any leftover veggies that you have from a previous dinner will work
  • Raw veggies: cabbage, lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes,....
  • Crunch: pepitas, cashews, pine nuts,....
  • Sauce: soy sauce, olive oil, sriracha, miso, lemon juice,...
  • Toppings: avocado, fried eggs, fresh herbs,...


Basically, there is no wrong doing here. It is really the art of assembling a lot of yummy things together to make the perfect bowl. It can change every single time depending on the leftovers you have in your fridge. If you don't have any, just check the freezer and your pantry and I am sure you will find some goodies that will work!
