The sauce that I make here would go well on any fish, it is fresh and the mix of lemon and herbs really enhance the flavors here... Plus it takes only a couple of minutes to prepare!

Ingredients

  • 2 lb of chiles seabass ( swordfish, tune, salmon, all these would be great here)
  • 1 cup of fresh herbs (I used a mix of tarragon, cilantro and chives)
  • 1 Meyer lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of pepper
  • 1 pinch of chili flakes
  • Fish seasoning: 1/2 tsp of each paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil for fish

Directions

Heat up the grill on high. Season the fish and drizzle the olive oil generously on each side so it will not stick on the grill.

Depending on the thickness of the fish, grill for 5-6 minutes on each side until cooked through.

For the sauce, finely chop the herbs, zest and juice the lemon and combine together with the salt and pepper in a jar with a lid and shake well. This dressing is great for fish but would compliment any salad as well. It keeps in the fridge for a week or so.
