Pantry Dinners

Sometimes during a busy week I just can't find the time or the energy to pick up groceries and plan dinner! That must be the reason why I've decided to make a series on Making It Easier...

How many times do you get home with hungry kids, at dinner time, with no plans for dinner?

This week, I'm sharing recipes for family meals that you can make by using only items in your pantry and freezer, AKA ingredients that never go bad, and can always be around!

The next time you go grocery shopping, grab the following ingredients and stash them away for Emergency Meal Time:

  • Canned tomatoes
  • Frozen vegetables (I have peas, mixed veggies, broccoli & corn)
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Buckwheat flour
  • Eggs
  • Chicken or veggie stock
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Olive Oil

If you have these key ingredients, believe me you can always whip up something delicious.

Here are my top 3 Pantry Meal recipes!
