Makes 8-10 small ones


  • 1/2 cup od coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp of hemp seed
  • 2 tsp of protein powder (use matcha protein for extra flavor)
  • 1/4 cup of smooth almond butter
  • 4 dates (pitted and softened)
  • 2 tsp of matcha powder
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract


Put all the ingredients in the food processor and pulse until a thick smooth paste forms. If too thick you can add 1-2 tsp of water.

Using a small ice cream scooper for 8-10 small balls, if it gets to sticky, wet your fingers a bit it will help.

Sprinkle some more matcha on top and enjoy. Store in the fridge for 8-10 days.
