Meatballs are always a fast and easy way to get a delicious dinner on the table...The beauty here is that you can go so many ways, sauce or no sauce, beef, turkey or veggies, spiced or plain,... You name it!


  • 1 lb of ground turkey (chicken or pork works great as well)
  • 1/2 tsp of cumin
  • 1/2 tsp of paprika
  • 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp of pepper


Combine all the ingredients together until the spices are well distributed. Using an ice cream scooper form the meatballs, you should have 12-15 small to medium ones.

Cook for 2-3 minutes on each sides until golden brown and cooked through.

Serve on a salad, with rice or pasta in pitta bread for a greek style, endless possibilities here!
