Mexican Meatballs on charred corn

Meatballs are always an easy dinner because m family loves that. In order to keep in interesting I wallaby try different spices, fresh herbs, sauces or no sauces and sides. These were so yummy that I had to share!
Assemble all the ingredients except the corn and mix well. Using a small ice cream scooper form the meatballs, there should be 12-16 of them.
Heat up some ghee (or oil) in a pan and sauté the meatballs for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Cook the corn according to packaging instructions.
Serve the meatballs on a bed of corn and maybe with a fresh slaw or rice on the side.
