Mini prosciutto and brie bites

Serves 4-6

These are super easy and festive. They will make delicious appetizers for the Holiday season (or even all year long....)


  • 1 can of crescent roll dough
  • 1 mini brie (cut into 2)
  • 4 slices of prosciutto
  • 2 tbsp of preserves (I used a pumpkin spread, but apricots, strawberry or any other kind works here)
  • 1/2 tsp of Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp of sliced almonds
  • 1 tsp of Olive oil


Preheat the oven at 350F and line up a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Separate the dough into 4 triangles and 2 squares.

For the squares spread some of the preserve on it and place half of the min brie on top. Fold and wiped the dough around it. repeat wit the other one and sprinkle the sliced almonds on top.

Fro the triangles, place a slice or prosciutto on them and roll them together util they fro a crescent. Brush with the olive oil and sprinkle the Italian seasoning.

Place them on the baking sheet and bake for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown.

Enjoy while still hot or a room temperature. These taste so good that you might want to double up the recipe!!!
