Mixed Berries Clafoutis

Serves 6-8

This makes the most delicious, breakfast, dessert and snack. Healthy and full of berries, it is absolutely divine and amazingly simple to make.


  • 1 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cup of milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 times 2 tbsp of melted butter
  • 2 1/2 cup of mixed berries
  • Toppings: greek yogurt, granola, whipped cream, maple syrup, sliced almonds,.......


Preheat the oven at 450F. Melt 2 tbsp of the butter in a skillet.

Combine flour, eggs, milk and other 2 tbsp of butter.

Pour the mixture in the hot pan and sprinkle the berries evenly.

Bake for 25-30 minutes until completely set and golden brown.

Sprinkle powder sugar and add toppings of your choice!
