Nuts Crusted Tilapia

We eat fish a lot in our family. I try to mix it up and use different fish. Tilapia is kind a mild flavored fish so it is better to work it with added ingredients to make it tasty. Here I am using slated nuts and Italian parsley which adds tons of flavor!!!


  • 6 small tilapia filets
  • 2 tbsp of dijon mustard
  • 3/4 cup of salted roasted mixed nuts
  • 3/4 cup of italian parsley


Put the nuts and parsley in food processor and pulse until ground.

Brush the tilapia with the dijon mustard and dip the fish in the nut-parelsy mixture.

Cook with 2 tbsp of olive oil on medium for a couple of minutes on each side until cooked through.

Serve with mash potatoes and green beans for a perfectly balanced dish!
