NYT cooking meets Jenn fisher crispy salmon

I think this is officially our favorite salmon preparation... Even my kid were like wow!!!
Preheat the oven at 425F.
Brush the dijon mustard evenly on each piece of salmon. Combine the spices together and sprinkle them on the fish. Also add some salt and pepper.
Mix the breadcrumbs with the frinely chopped parsley and the olive oil and top the salmon with it.
Roast in the oven for 8-10 minutes, depending on how you like your salmon and how thick it is. I like mine relatively medium and my salmon was like really thick and I left it for 8 minutes and it was perfect!
