Makes 10 crisps

These make the easiest and most delicious crunchy toppings. On top of a soup or a salad, or even on it sown. It takes 5 minutes and requires 1 ingredient only!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of parmesan
  • Optional: salt, pepper, everything but the bagel seasoning

Directions

Preheat your oven at 400F. On a lined baking sheet make little mounts of parmesan cheese ( 2-3 tbsp each) and add some seasoning if you want.

Bake for 5-7 minutes until bubbly. Keep a close eye on it because they burn easily. Some of mine took 4 minutes and others had to stay in for 7 minuets. I find that the closer to 7 minutes the crunchier.....

Sprinkle on your salads or soups!
