Peach and cream chia seed pudding

Chia seed pudding are often my go to breakfast. I love the texture, you can easily switch the flavors and it takes a few minutes to prepare. It is also full of fiber and keeps me satisfied until lunch!
Cut the peach into peaches ( reserve a few slices as toppings) and blend it together with the milk.
Transfer to a bowl and combine with the chia seeds. Here you can either place it in the f ridge overnight or wait 10-15 minutes stirring occasionally until it thickens.
Taste and add some sweetener if necessary. Top with the remaining slices of peach, some granola and a sprinkle of cinnamon!
