Directions
Combine vinegar, water, agave, and salt in a medium bowl. Whisk together until everything is fully dissolved.
Place onion in a jar or bowl and pour vinegar mixture over the onions and let sit at room temperature for at least 1 hour if you're in a rush. For better results, place jar in refrigerator for at least 1 day. It will last for a few weeks in the fridge.
I put them on burgers, tacos, salads, sandwiches and it tastes delicious!!!
