This is the perfect, easiest dessert whenever you have guests over. Or even if you simply crave something sweet after dinner, this will do the trick!

Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 bunch of fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp of chopped walnuts (pistachios work great as well here)
  • 1/2 lemon

Directions

Peel and thinly slice the pineapple. Arrange nicely on a platter.

Chop the mint leaves and sprinkle all over with the chopped nuts. Squeeze a bit of lemon juice all over.

If you pineapple is not super sweet, feel free to add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
