Pistachios Crusted Salmon

Serves 4


  • 4 salmon filets
  • 1 egg white, slightly beaten until foamy
  • Pistachios, deshelled and put in blender until crumbs like


Preheat oven at 350F.

Pat dry the salmon and sprinkle with salt and pepper on top.

Dip salmon in egg white then in pistachios, I usually only do 1 side
Sear for 2 minutes on pistachios side, flip and finish cooking in the oven for 5-8 minutes depending on thickness.
