Makes 8 to 10 brownies

These are so yummy, cleaned up from original version and will make any chocolate lover happy!!


  • 1 cup of pumpkin purée
  • 1 1/2 cup of almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup of coconut sugar
  • 6 tbsp of coco powder
  • 1/3 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 2 tbsp of nut butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • If you want to make them more fluffy than cakey, use the liquid from a can of chickpeas
  • Optional: 1/3 cup of walnuts


Preheat the oven at 350F.

Combine everything except the chocolate chips in a food processor mix until smooth. Add the chocolate chips ( and maybe walnuts if you like that in a brownie) and transfer to a lined, greased 8x8 baking pan.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. These will keep longer of stored in the fridge!!!
