You know how much I love preparing smoothies for my kids for breakfast. It takes no time at all, I can put so much good things in there without them knowing it. This means that they get everything they need and are go to go for the day!


  • 1/2 cup of kefir ( if you do not have it replace by 1/4 cup of milk and 1/4 cup greek yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup of orange juice
  • 3 tbsp of pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp of maple syrup
  • 1/8 tsp of cinnamon, plus extra to sprinkle on top
  • 1/2 cp of ice cubes
  • Adds in : chia seed, oats, flaxseed meal, protein powder,....


Put everything in the blender for 1-2 minutes until completely smooth.
