This is perfect if you want to try a new dessert for Thanksgiving, it has all the flavors of it and takes less than 10 minutes to put together! My kids gobbled these in no time!
With an electric mixer, whip the heavy cream until soft peak.
Using spatula, gently incorporate the mascarpone and pumpkin purée into the cream. Add the maple syrup and spices until nicely combined and smooth.
To assemble, quickly dip 1 lady finger at a time (you might need to cut them in 2 so they fit into your glass) and layer them with the tiramisu cream. Make as many layers as you want and store them in the fridge.
It is always best to leave them to rest in the fridge for a couple of hours so they have time to set completely. However they will taste delicious if you wan to eat them right away because you can't wait.
I finish them with a dollop of heavy cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
