Makes 9 muffins

I use biscuit dough for these quickly put together garlic herb muffins. They are super easy and go nicely alongside a bowl of soup of a salad or even on its own....


  • 1 can of biscuits dough
  • 3 tbsp of butter
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 1/3 cup of packed parsley
  • Flaky salt


Preheat the oven at 350F and line up a muffin tin with paper cups.

Melt the butter, crush the garlic, chop the parley and dmix together. Cut each piece of biscuit dough into 4 and toss into a large bowl with the melted butter. Make sure that everything is  evenly coated. Sprinkle some flaky salt (or spicy salt if you have some).

Divide into the 9 muffin cups and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown crunchy on the outside but still soft on the inside.
