I had raspberries that were stating to look a bit sad the other day in m y fridge so I decided to make jam... My mother and grand mother always used to make jam when I was a kid, so I thought that maybe I could give it a try as ell!


  • 3 cup sof raspberries, washed
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 lemon juiced


Combine it all in a small pot, heat it up on high. When it starts to bubble lower it to medium and let it reduce for 15-20 minutes until it thickens a bit.

Transfer to a glass jar with a lid and leave to cool completely before closing it and transferring to fridge.

It will keep for 1 couple of weeks but usually will be one before you now it! I have it on toast, with yogurt, with my oatmeal or even ice cream!

Feel free to use whatever fruits are in season, I know I will!
